Our live workshops bring the course content to life with structured presentations, illustrative examples drawn from the Chilean market, and open Q&A time. Conducted online. No products sold. No commitments required.
Each workshop is a focused 90-minute online session. Sessions include a structured presentation, worked examples from real Chilean market scenarios, and dedicated time for questions. All sessions are conducted in Spanish.
Each session opens with a structured 45-minute presentation covering the core concepts of the topic. Slides are visual and example-heavy, designed to make abstract concepts concrete. The presenter pauses frequently to check understanding.
The second part of each session walks through worked examples using real-world scenarios from the Chilean market. Participants see how concepts apply to actual documents, typical transaction structures, and realistic decision points.
The final 25 minutes of each session are reserved for open questions. Participants can ask about anything covered in the session or raise related topics. Answers are educational in nature and do not constitute advice on any specific situation.
After each session, participants receive a summary document with the key concepts covered, a glossary of terms used, and pointers to publicly available Chilean market data sources for further self-directed learning.
Each workshop covers one focused area of real estate finance. They are designed to stand alone, so you can attend any session without having attended others first.

No. The foundational workshops are designed for people with no background in finance, real estate, or law. We explain everything from first principles. For the intermediate session on collective access structures, it helps to have attended the foundational market overview session first, but it is not a hard requirement.
No. Our workshops are strictly educational. No product will be offered, no investment opportunity will be presented, and no participant will be encouraged to take any commercial action as a result of attending. If any attempt is made to use the session for commercial purposes by any third party, that is contrary to how Caltrionex operates.
You can ask any question related to the concepts covered in the session. Our presenters will answer with educational explanations that help you understand the relevant frameworks and concepts. We do not provide personalized financial, legal, or tax advice. If your question requires that kind of specific guidance, we will explain why it falls outside the scope of an educational session and suggest you consult an appropriate professional.
